Moubari processes conversation data to power AI responses. Please be aware of the following:

• AI-generated responses are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
• We use industry-standard encryption to protect conversation data in transit and at rest.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing). These parties are contractually bound to protect your data.

Moubari AI offers the option to sign in using your Facebook account via Facebook Login, a service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you use Facebook Login, we receive the following data from Meta, subject to your Facebook privacy settings:

• Your public profile (name and profile picture)
• Your email address associated with your Facebook account

We use this data solely to create and manage your Moubari AI account and to authenticate your identity. We do not post to Facebook on your behalf, access your friends list, or use your Facebook data for advertising purposes.

Data received through Facebook Login is handled in accordance with Meta Platform Terms and Meta's Data Policy. You can revoke Moubari AI's access to your Facebook account at any time through your Facebook account settings under "Apps and Websites".

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Conversation data is retained for up to 12 months by default, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at [email protected].

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience. Types of cookies we use:

• Essential Cookies: Necessary for the Service to function correctly.
• Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with the Service (e.g., Google Analytics).
